The controller literally said "Let me know what you need " Ie meaning "Do you want to say goodbye or I love you family"😢 The controller was staying positive and she was to in the begin. She was so brave . May they all rest in peace.

My heart goes out to the team and passengers, the ice at higher altitude locked the wing and the speed with distance where not enough to physically clear it off. This is an unfortunate accident. My their souls rest peacefully.
