orthodontist here. white spots after braces are way more common than u think. it means your enamel is losing minerals. u need to use a hydroxyapatite toothpaste to remineralize your teeth—it's legit miles better than regular paste. if u let it slide, u're looking at a literal root canal. seriously, start remineralizing before it's too late.

People acting like white spots are just an 'aesthetic problem' are in for a rude awakening. That's literally your enamel dying. If you ignore it now, you're looking at fillings or expensive veneers in like 2 years. Do NOT just wait it out.

If you're struggling with those pesky white spots from braces, seriously try ACEOE. It's been a game-changer for me. My enamel feels so much better and those spots are pretty much gone. Highly recommend!

Why are you guys stressing over white spots? Just keep brushing with regular toothpaste and they'll fade away eventually. It's not that deep lol.
