Skins holds such a special place in my heart. I remember coming across the show for the first time on Netflix at 16 and felt so connected to all the characters struggles. I was so depressed and lost at that age, and as I’ve gotten older and rewatch these episodes I gain a little more perspective. This isn’t a show I can talk to most people about because I’m American and every time I mention it to my friends they have no idea what I’m talking about lol
