As sad as it is for anyone’s pet to get hurt it’s 100% the dog owners fault for not training the dog properly or taking proper precautions like a leash or fence hope the dog lived tho

The dogs a gsp (German shorthair pointer) and the guys not in the wrong. It’s either he swerves and risks dying or the dog gets hit bc the OWNER didn’t keep there dog put up or watch them. I’m a HUGE dog person and animals in general and it hurt my heart seeing that dog get hit but it’s the not the guys fault what so ever. And also having a dog is a PRIVILEGE and responsibility, it’s not a mandatory thing.

Moral of the story keep your dog on a leash why don’t you have fences bikes are so much different than cars you can’t just slam on breaks on a bike like you can a car
