@vinnith94: सृष्टि न्यासं ईशान-> सद्योजात sṛṣṭi nyāsaṃ īśāna-> sadyojāta Kāmikāgama 3.91–92 क्षत्रविट्छूद्रजातीनां यदुक्तं चोपवीतकम् । पूजादिमन्त्रकाले तु धार्यं नो धार्यमेव वा ॥ Meaning: For Kṣatriyas, the prescribed upavīta is worn during worship and mantra-related rites. Outside those occasions, the text allows it to be worn or not worn.
