Years ago, I was about to sell my house and I had a huge tree in my front yard that all the neighbors said was diseased. Not a single leaf on it but I didn’t want to pay to have it chopped down. I went out to that tree, put my hand on it. I said, “You will live and not die.” The next morning, I kid you not, buds all over the tree!
