I also heard of an engineer that was supposed to do pile foundation to a depth of 20 to 24 metres, but he counter recommended Deep Raft with Column points which had Pad bases, omo when they were done and started to prepare for the first floor works, the foundation started to sink😂😂

Just like a client I quoted 25M for her first floor slab and she said the money was too much,she gave the project to someone whom Clair to be interior decorator and the guy casted1/3 of the slab and use AI to generate full casted for her 😂😂😂😂😂
