You wanna know what! NM CYFD will say, “oh just cause the child and mother tested positive for drugs doesn’t mean we take the kids of out their care!” They do EVERYTHING in their power to make sure the kids go back with the parents when the parents 100% don’t care for that child… how do I know this? It took me over 2 years to adopt my daughter CYFD is a joke… I had to get the governors assistant involved to even get the CYFD moving… New Mexico is one of the WORST states when it comes to the welfare of these baby’s… DO BETTER NM
