@kenyayoung43: 🕊️💔 MY HEART GRIEVES FOR THE LIVES LOST THIS HALLOWEEN WEEKEND My heart goes out to every family who lost a loved one and to those who were injured during the tragic shootings that took place across our nation this Halloween weekend. Three lives reportedly lost, 30 others wounded, and countless families whose lives will never be the same. As a mother and grandmother, I cannot imagine receiving a phone call telling me that my child or loved one will never return home. We must continue to pray, not just when tragedy strikes, but every day. There are families waking up this morning grieving, parents burying their children, and loved ones trying to understand how a night of celebration turned into a nightmare. My prayer is that Yahweh comforts every grieving family, brings healing to those recovering from their injuries, and gives strength to those who witnessed these horrific events. We must remember that behind every headline is a human life. Someone’s child, someone’s mother, someone’s father, someone’s friend. We cannot become so accustomed to tragedy that we lose our compassion for humanity. 📖 Matthew 5:4 (KJV) “Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.” ABBA, I ask that You bring peace where there is confusion, comfort where there is sorrow, and healing where there is pain. Let us continue to intercede for our children, our communities, and this nation. My deepest condolences to every family affected.
