this is somewhat pilot error and a disaster couldve been avoided. Theirs a bad weather on their route and pilots usually review weather and the path their taking. If they know that the weather is severe, they couldve prepared by de-icing the plane. What happened is, they passed through severe weather and their plane engine frozed and since they have de-icing... once, the engine freeze you will never regain control. Honestly, they couldve took a different route as well... But knowing this is PJ, most likely the pax insisted to take shorter route

Anyone that knows anything about dash cameras the frame rate is to slow to catch more than a blur at that speed you shouldnt be able to pause the video and see the plane. That's why they use high speed camera to capture clear imagines of things moving fast.
