@elegantdesignpk: 𝗗𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗖𝗖 𝗼𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘁! 🏗️ PCC is also called lean concrete. It is the layer of plain concrete poured over the entire plot before the foundation layout begins. Many people have a firm, solid plot with a strip foundation designed. In that case, they often pour PCC only where the steel will sit and leave the rest of the soil in patches with no concrete layer. ❌ Even if your soil is firm and the land is solid, patchy PCC is not the right way. You save a little money, but the soil is left exposed. ✅ Our advice: 🔹 Dig out the entire plot 🔹 Pour the first PCC over the whole plot, as shown in the video 🔹 Then proceed with your foundation as per your design, whether strip foundation or raft foundation Whatever foundation you choose, 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝗖𝗖 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁. Build it right from the base! 💪 We Commit, We Deliver. 1st Floor, Building #166, Bahria Springs, Phase 7, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi UAN: 0331 4222224 | (051) 8486874 www.elegantdesignpk.com #PCC #LeanConcrete #StripFoundation #RaftFoundation
