not every neighbourhood has to appeal to the gentrifiers, expats etc and that's ok. why are these estate agents trying to sell areas as something they aren't when not every area needs to be the exact same. I love living in BS3 and I have friends who love living in BS5 and we wouldn't swap not bc we look down on the other area but because the reasons we love our area isn't necessarily present in the other. and that is OK! people have different needs and wants with what they want their area to be like beyond proximity to things and available space and cities are boring when every area is the sameeeee
