I take mine first thing in the morning bc it’s supposed to be on a completely empty stomach. Then I wait 30 mins before drinking my coffee. That’s what my dr told me to do.

I take my synthroid in the morning on an empty stomach, with a glass of water, and have black coffee. An hour after taking it, you can eat or drink normally. And I’ve been on it for 15 or so years now, with the same routine.

I’m hypothyroid my doctor told me to take my medication 30 minutes prior to anything in the morning only with water then after 30 minutes I can have whatever I want. Continued prayers of healing 💗🙏🏼

I take it as soon as I wake up with water the second I wake up!! So by the time I go to the bathroom, weigh, comb my hair then make coffee the hour has passed! My instructions were always take in the morning👍🏻👍🏻 sorry you’re feeling sick😞🥰

I take mine in the morning. When I took it at night my TSH went to high. It has to be on an empty stomach so at night, my stomach was not empty enough.

If you wake up in the middle of the night to pee. Take it then. That way when you wake up you can have coffee. Otherwise you have to wait 4 hours.

itl heal nicely.you can use scar gel after it heals a bit. you can set a alarm in the am and just wake to take your meds then go back to bed

Also something about grapefruit or juice with thyroid meds. I’ve been on mine so long having coffee doesn’t seem to effect anything
