I don’t like a pocket on these elastic waist pants because it always pulls them down and they stick out from the front a bit. Smoother without pockets and without drawstring.

get crafty and pull out that safety pin and put in the back in the inside. then if you like the fit, just buy self adhesive velcro for a permanent fix
