OMG! About two years ago, a lady approached me while I was grocery shopping at the store. She told me she owned a daycare and asked if I was looking for childcare for my children. She said I could enroll my kids and bring them whenever I wanted because she was using state benefits. I was so confused. I just told her, “No, thank you, ma’am.”
