@theroyalfamilyofbhutan: “A Gracious Welcome trom Her Majesty the Queen Mother ot Bhutan | November 2, 2026 During lunchtime today in Bhutan, Her Majesty the Queen Mother, Ashi Tshering Yangdon Wangchuck, graciously welcomed Most Venerable Ratanaguna, Venerable Bhikkhu Paññăkāra Tuệ Nhân, and Venerable Silarnanda, along with fellow Vietnamese venerable monks Venerable Thích Pháp Hòa and Venerable Thích Tâm Nguyên. Her Majesty is the mother of His Majesty King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck, the current King of Bhutan. Her Majesty spent time speaking and sharing lunch with the venerable monks. Her sincere reverence for the venerable Sangha was reflected in her attentive presence, respectful manner, warm smiles, and joyful conversation. The warmth and kindness of Her Majesty's welcome made this a deeply meaningful moment during the sacred days surrounding Project 108. We humbly offer our heartfelt gratitude to Her Majesty the Queen Mother for her kindness and thoughtful welcome. We are pleased to share this short video so friends near and far may also experience a little of the warmth and peaceful spirit of this memorable moment. May you and all beings be well, happy and at peace.” - @Walk for Peace Official #royalfamilyofbhutan #royalfamily #project108 #queenmother #walkforpeace
