If it’s protocol for employees even security not to follow, detain/keep someone from leaving (bc atp it’s kidnapping) why do they (officers) think it’s okay to do so… they very much so played a part in this crash unfortunately but of course they would put all the blame on the shop lifters when there’s a cause to every effect and the reason they started to speed and flee was indeed bc of the cops smh
