bone density is so important. My great aunt was 97 and sharp as a tack. She still wrote letters everyday with the most beautiful cursive writing you've ever seen. Still doing crossword puzzles like she was waiting for one to challenge her. She got up one night to go pee, fell & broke her hip, bled out 🥺, she probably would have made it past 100 like her sisters if that hadn't happened
