Y’all not understand what the word co means? She was there to learn from the actual pilot. Learning to fly young is super normal in the industry. Hesston College has aviation program and students start flying at 18-19 years old.

Some of you would be shocked at how young they start teaching kids how to fly. There are programs in Florida that take elementary aged kids up with experienced pilots and start them young. So when they are of age, they have the hours. I only know this as we were going to put our youngest who wanted to be a pilot into a local program.

I wonder if there was anything they could of done to prevent it.. from what I hear it was 'icing' on the wings which left the airplane difficult to control- I literally know nothing about planes, it's just what I've read 😅
