@kathaowens: It’s not too late to contact your senators about the national historic preservation act. this policy protects historic places and spaces in our communities. It’s been doing a great job for the last 60 years but certain changes to this act could mean that the government is allowed to build things like roads and bridges without reviews or a transparent process from local communities. Don’t gut our history!
