I lost my corporate job last month whilst on sick leave & I’m taking a mental health break , will be doing side jobs until early next year probably before I get back to the corporate world. I been sleeping soooo good since 😫

One thing I’m a do is take a mental health break to stay in bed and sleep or just sit in silence all day! That job don’t care about you‼️

I let my little family know when I need a mental break and when I need my husband to step up to the plate more cuz I'll let him know hey I need time for myself for a few days I need you to step up and help me extra this week and he does it with no problem he says okay and my kids I let them know that mama needs some time to take care of herself so I can be able to take care of them and I let them know Daddy's going to take over and they say okay because I used to put myself last and then I learned to stand up for myself and say it's my time to take care of myself because if I don't I'm going to end up in the hospital
