NICK SIRIANNI — PHILADELPHIA EAGLES (2–6) I’ve been saying Sirianni’s time was up for TWO YEARS! Last season, when A.J. Brown was still in Philadelphia, he was giving everybody warning signs that something wasn’t right inside that organization. Those were clues people should’ve paid attention to! Now Brown is gone, veteran leaders have moved on, and who’s holding that locker room together? Jalen Hurts hasn’t stepped up as the leader this team needs, and Sirianni damn sure hasn’t! Can’t make adjustments during games. Can’t establish offensive consistency. Can’t develop a winning identity. If you’re not making a difference on offense, defense, or special teams, WHAT EXACTLY ARE YOU BRINGING TO THE TABLE? SIRIANNI HAS TO GO! 🔥 2. AARON GLENN — NEW YORK JETS (2–6) How many games are you going to give away because of BAD COACHING? Poor clock management. Terrible decisions before halftime. Questionable game management. Players who don’t seem to be responding to your approach! We keep hearing how close the Jets are. CLOSE DOESN’T COUNT! And here’s my biggest problem: YOU’RE A DEFENSIVE COACH! Defense should be the strongest part of your football team! Instead, we’re watching breakdowns and opponents putting points on the board. You cannot keep making elementary coaching mistakes in tight NFL games! AARON GLENN, YOUR SEAT IS BURNING! 🔥 3. BRIAN SCHOTTENHEIMER — DALLAS COWBOYS (3–5) I don’t think these players are listening to this man! Dallas looks like everybody’s just showing up, going through the motions, and collecting checks! You cannot spend all your time trying to be everybody’s FRIEND and then expect to become the disciplinarian when things fall apart! Same problem I see with Sirianni. When accountability disappears, discipline disappears! You just lost to Arizona. Too many bad losses. Too much inconsistency. WHERE IS THE LEADERSHIP? SCHOTTENHEIMER HAS TO GO! 🔥 4. JIM HARBAUGH — LOS ANGELES CHARGERS (0–7) THIS ONE REALLY BOTHERS ME! Harbaugh, YOU PLAYED QUARTERBACK! You know better! You’ve got a talented quarterback, and you’re allowing an offensive system to make him look like he can’t play football! If Mike McDaniel’s offense isn’t working, CHANGE IT! Stop trying to force your quarterback into a system that doesn’t fit his strengths! Build around what makes him comfortable. Put him in position to succeed! You’re the HEAD COACH. TAKE CONTROL! If you won’t make the necessary changes to your offensive staff, somebody needs to make a change at HEAD COACH! HARBAUGH, YOU’RE ON THE FIRING SQUAD! 🔥 5. SHANE STEICHEN — INDIANAPOLIS COLTS (2–6) HOW MUCH LONGER ARE WE GOING TO WATCH THIS? This organization has been sliding backward for two years! Losing streaks. One win here and there. Then right back to losing football games! Where’s the development? Where’s the consistency? Where’s the improvement? At some point, you can’t keep blaming the quarterback, injuries, or the roster. YOU’RE THE HEAD COACH! Your job is to build a competitive football team, not keep explaining why things aren’t working!
