So I made myself 4 rules. 1️⃣ Write the fix down, don’t do it If it’s not breaking anything, it goes in tomorrow’s list. 2️⃣ Set a stop time before you start Mine is on the clock behind my screen. When it flips, I commit and close. 3️⃣ Ship ugly, polish on day 2 Users can use version one. They can’t use version “almost”. 4️⃣ Ask: will a user notice this? If the answer is no, it can wait.
