This is deeply unfair to existing Skilled Worker visa holders. We came legally, worked hard, paid taxes, and built our lives in the UK based on the 5-year ILR route. Changing the rules now is moving the goalposts when we are already close to settlement. We are asking for fairness, not special treatment. Please protect existing workers with proper transitional arrangements. 🙏
