@ibrashred: Results taken from the green sensor on the front delt. Cable rope front raise vs dumbbell front raise. Relative average front delt activation from this session: Cable 84% · Dumbbell 75%. Cable wins. With the dumbbell, tension drops when the arms are down. The cable keeps loading from the bottom because the rope pulls from between the legs, so the front delt stays under tension earlier in the range. These EMG readings are subjective, not a final scientific verdict. Load, tempo, setup and the person all change the numbers. Higher activation here does not prove more hypertrophy. Use them to get an idea, not as a rule. Save this and tell me the next one. #Fitness #gym #workout
