@newvisionwire: 📽️ Two Ugandan women, Ankunda and Miriam Musisi, have recounted their last conversations with their husbands, who travelled to Russia in search of work but reportedly ended up in military deployments. Ankunda says her husband stopped communicating after informing her that he had been deployed to a dangerous location, while Miriam says her husband, who left Uganda on December 3, 2025, initially believed he was going to train as an army truck driver. Both women say promised payments never reached them and are now seeking answers about their husbands' whereabouts and fate, amid reports that Ugandans recruited to fight in Ukraine have died. #NewsInBytes #VisionUpdates
