Can’t NOBODY tell YOU how to grieve💯we all deal with trauma or loss differently. I’m a survivor and it’s been 22 years plus loosing 2 kids. So honey give it to GOD. Anyone who accuses you of not trying hard enough or criticises and judges you have no idea of the trauma losing a child let alone two, are lucky enough never to have experienced it themselves... They should be ashamed of themselves for attacking you, when it's abundantly obvious of how hard you try. I personally think you do amazing. As do many people here! Much love to you and your kids, passed and the two younger ones. You're allowed to feel joy. Never hold down that feeling because of guilt etc. Just allow yourself to enjoy it. 💕💕
