She told me 1 1/2 ago that we should go our separate ways. I just said ok and disappeared. A few days ago she looked at my profile on TikTok. She is an avoidant, should I be preparing for her to possibly contact me?

Aww I told him to do what he needed to do as long as it leads him back to me when he first told me about her and after begging and pleading. He responded saying that wasn’t fair. Then recently told a mutual friend I no longer wanted to hear any more updates about him or anything he has to say since he said if I ever really needed him he would be there.. I got upset and said no more updates. Told the mutual friend to tell him if there’s things he wants to say he knows where I am. I let him go that day and stopped all self blame. 7 months no contact now.
