yes, the white mountain & San Carlos apache tribes have flooded. some roads washed away, houses by the river were evacuated water was up the windows of the houses or completely flooded out.

you have to realize that in this state we don't get much rain. our average rain fall for the year here in the valley is about 7.5 inches. some places in the valley got almost 5 inches of rain from this storm alone. It always rains harder in the mountains and washes become flooded quickly. You want to see how water flows go to Tempe town lake and watch the normally dry salt river flow.
