@lb.fitt: it’s never too late to start over again🥰👏🏻 in 2024 I felt lost in my fitness journey, after 5 years of training and building strength in the gym and after a while, not enjoying myself as much. nutrition was never a priority and my sessions felt flat because of this📉 I then got introduced into hyrox and performance training, this is where everything changed. being able to focus on how much body performa rather than what it looked like was the switch up I needed👏🏻 I was scared at first, felt like the odd one out and definitely was not very good😂 but I stuck to it and booked my first race before even running 5km! since then, I’ve done many races, ran half and full marathons and spend most of my free time either training or in a hyrox venue filming other athletes (this is where my baby @lb.visualss was born back in 2024 too!🥹🎥) who’d of thought!! it’s never too late to start, give it your all and you never know where it may take you🫶🏻 always in @Gymshark LAURAB10 or @TEVEO LAURAB to save on orders✨ #Fitness #hyrox #performancetraining #marathon #Running
