I agree and also you should have a life outside of speaking to that person. Like have a hobby studies or spend time with friends or family that way u don’t get attached as u have connections that are not necessarily romantic and it keeps u grounded and emotionally stable and less likely to become emotionally attached to someone. And there should be a certain level of respect and boundaries e.g no late night calls as that’s most cases how ppl get attached

Marriage is a matter of the heart, it’s important to not speak to eachother at length. A couple a months should be enough to ‘know’, I think it took me about 8 weeks. It’s important to spend time with yourself to ask key questions and then walk if you still have doubt.
