We are! Kept our home in Tennessee because that's where our grands are but go back & forth too! We were in Naples several years but sold last spring and bought in Lakewood ranch (Naples started getting crowded for us since Covid). We love it there but miss the grands !!!

Michigan and we bought several years ago in Lakewood Ranch Country Club. Glad we did back then because the prices are way up!!!! Now I need to retire.

12 years in Naples but it’s our 5th years as officially retired snowbirds. You are so right about the difference in lifestyles! My daughter and her family just moved 10 minutes from us in NY so we also go back and forth a lot. Enjoy the sunshine☀️😎

Step one clean. Remove dead lizards and cockroaches. Powerwash mold and fungus off everything. Step two, work on projects because the Florida environment will eat your house.

We have been snowbirds for 6 years now. Welcome back! We live in Michigan for 5 months and Sarasota from mid October until mid May. It’s a lot of work opening and closing houses a couple of times a year but well worth it especially during the snowy months in Michigan!
