@popculturehq_: Selena Gomez dancing to Rihanna’s “Work” is such a classic 2010s pop culture moment. Rihanna released the song featuring Drake in 2016, and it quickly became one of the biggest hits of the year, dominating radio, parties, clubs and social media. It was practically impossible to escape the song, and Selena was clearly among those enjoying the infectious beat. Moments like these remind us how much Rihanna's music defined that generation, with “Work” becoming one of those songs that could get absolutely anyone on their feet. There's also something so nostalgic about seeing Selena casually enjoying another pop girl's music. The 2010s were such a special era for pop culture, when artists like Rihanna, Selena, Taylor Swift, Demi Lovato and Miley Cyrus were all shaping the conversation in their own ways. Selena has always had those fun, carefree moments outside her own music career, and seeing her dance to a Rihanna hit is a reminder that even pop stars are fans of other pop stars. Rihanna really had everybody in a chokehold with this one. #selenagomez #rihanna #work #fyp #foryou
