If you’ve been following me for a while you know that one of my favorite places to grab a sweet treat is @heynewshoes - in fact I, at LEAST, go once a month to try their monthly flavors. At the beginning of each month, their flavors rotate, and I have never ordered one I didn’t like. I always feature them in my monthly recaps, but this month needs its own video. Out of their 3 new flavors, we tried two of them: - Bourbon pecan pie: this one has pecan pie filling, brown butter and shortbread. The soft serve itself is pecan-flavored, and it’s topped with whipped cream. The flavor is ON POINT. I know I keep saying this every month, but it might be my favorite! It’s exactly what Thanksgiving dessert tastes like and it’s an absolute must try. They nailed this one! - All-star special: this one has bacon bits, “hashbrowns” which are like potato stix, stroopwaffles, and the soft serve is maple. I’m a huge salty-sweet fan, so this was right up my alley. If you like drizzling maple syrup all over your breakfast, including the bacon, then you’ll love this! They also have pumpkin cheesecake this month which I didn’t try this time! Grab these flavors before they are gone in December! #birminghamalabama #icecream #sweettreats #softserveicecream #bham
