Sullivan isn’t going to side with Redd at all. He will dismiss everything he asked for today as usual. The only grace is if it’s a retrial then Redd can present new evidence. I still do not understand why Redd has not asked Patrick why he lied as to which of the children he found first! Pre trial CW stated he found Dawson first which is verified by the 911 call. Why has this not been given as Patrick clearly openly lying under oath. This is a tactical statement made by Patrick, not a I was mistaken. It would be burned in your brain which child you found first!
