Usually your first shot is your best shot but I would also practice putting 3 arrows in a circle of your target in one place

That’s a lie you actually could get more than one shot has happened to me six times. I’ve been out there 12×1st time I went out of this year opening day had nice 10 pointer on camera. He walked in shot once shot right over his back right another arrow five minutes later I shoot again shoot right under him like an inch away from hitting them about five minutes later he walks off a grunt comes right back shoot heart shot bang done, biggest book of my life.

Absolutely don’t just shoot one arrow for practice. I understand the thought process, but the more you shoot, the more accurate and consistent you will. Also you will work out the muscles used to shoot more allowing you to control and hold your bow at draw longer. Also practicing guessing ranges. Find something, guess the range and then range find. Do that a lot.

if your bucks are only coming in at night check scrapes, and rubs and try and figure out how the buck like find bedding areas and feeding areas and see if he's in those see where he beds, by all that I mean patern him

Your arrows are a bit to long. At full draw the end of your arrows should be right above the grip

Take your arrows to the bow shop and get them cut shorter, they will fly better and faster.

Hey man, I would recommend cutting your arrows shorter. If you go to a bow shop they can measure and cut the arrow to a better length for you. Good stuff though man!

Yes the one shot practicing is a great way to practice. But yes just go to the local bow shop and get those arrows chopped alittle👌

Try jogging a lap around your house, do you a few pushups then grab your bow and shoot a shot. It will help you with shooting under pressure and teach you to control your breathing in an intense moment. It helped me a lot man
