That’s what’s wrong with North Carolina you can drink you can ride four wheelers dirt bikes, and everything on the road and you’re fine but you was at your seatbelt to get a ticket. The man wrote up eight times for killing somebody and got a $66,000 bond and that’s it and he won’t serve no time cause he ain’t there. None yet that’s what tells you about North Carolina a bunch of corrupted people that run in the state of North Carolina pisses me off that I have a goddamn live in a place that don’t give a damn about nobody.
