My issue is will they be checking the salary threshold every year..cos from 2022 people were not getting this amount annually oo…unless if they will be checking the final year to ilr..then that’s a good news …if not it’s still not a good news..also Then people who will get the five year continuation will pay IHS fee ?

Even if you were here (UK) before May 2025 but on a different visa and later joined the care visa, the 10 years apply.
