I did that too, and then the officer was like no children allowed and I was like well I got called for jury duty and they deny my reason so are you gonna watch him outside and they let me go 😂

I called and they told me to come in.. I came in with my 8 month old telling them I'm a stay at home mom who breastfeeds. they asked if I could get a sitter and I said "you gonna pay them? because that $20/day don't do nothing for me" I was dismissed 😂

I did this when my 12 year old was 2 WEEKS OLD, still on the tit, me freshly postpartum (mind you guys I told them and they said I still had to go) and I sat there for maybe 3 hours, they finally excused me and they haven’t summoned me since 😅

I’ve been summoned too! Nov 9 and I just gave birth Oct 22. But I logged in online and submitted my dr note and the California code that says postpartum mothers are excused for a whole year.
