I dont know when I learned to address an envelope. Seems to me it should be included in English class as a writing and composition exercise. I am at a loss why people do not know so many basic things, including writing cursive.

I was writing fan letters to the actors on Boy Meets World when I was 9. Typing the letters on the computer then obviously addressing that envelope with my address labels and stamp.

We’re doomed! I gave my 20 year old grandson a check to put I. His bank account, and he took that check, and looked at it like it had come from a foreign country, he turned it over and looked at the back and looked back at the front, and he said what am I supposed to do with this? I don’t even know what this is. I had to explain how checks worked to him.
