That Tony’s does the job every time. I do mine in the big easy oil less fryer. Does an amazing job and the drippings tray makes some damn good gravy

just a thought you could have saved the skin did all of your seasoning to the meat of the breast and put the skin back on to help keep it moist and take it off the last hours or so to darken up
