im nearly the other side of the twilight zone. sober and free honestly this twists the brains of the soulless, I chose love and I forgive everyone with zero contact obviously. indifference has discombobulated their plans. its so satisfying to no that they gifted me freedom in all the hurt. no contact is a GIFT. trust in your truth, that light is pure and shines on all that is dark. be still and understand that its them not you. keep a record of everything. liars never have receipts. thats the best part. 😆 never react. and natural unravelling begins not from malice sending love and forgiveness slowly unburdebs baggage that is not yours. it takes focus and time. I swear your body and mind will lighten, protection of all of your mind and soul is key. learn and keeps busy . learning to be alone- hardest part for some, soberity scares the souless. you don't realise how different the world is if successful. its best adventure. do a week of yes ansers only..OMG..😂.and do something u love. EASY? NO!, , Chose you or get lost in a story thats demons narrate. may all sound nutty but im freeeeeeeee x

For five years, I went through all of this… I experienced how my perceptions and feelings were dismissed because she had enough people around her who constantly validated her toxic behavior. She broke me and, in doing so, lost the most genuine thing she had in her life. It's exactly as you describe: She doesn't want to reflect on herself or grow. It hurts to know that change is possible and that, buried somewhere beneath all the lies there's a good heart.
