I don’t understand why the state won’t agree to charge 2nd degree and let her plead insanity and go to hospital (where she’s been) to remain stable and receive the actual medical care she needs. She’ll never even get urinary catheters she needs. That’s a basic need. If she needs two nurses to be there in court, just allow her to stay at the hospital. It’s a locked unit. She can’t come and go.
