We started around $1400 something dollars. Our taxes were also judged wrongly, we are up to almost $1,600 a month. Nervous to see what it will be after the new year cuz taxes went up again 😭

I always say that homeownership isn’t not what you think it’s gonna be you think it’s gonna be better than renting, but you’re still gonna be paying something forever and you have to fix everything when it breaks and it’s for the friggin birds. I hate it.
