@kara_marlene: ❤️ THIS MAN. THIS MOMENT. THESE WORDS. I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE MOVED BY KEVIN REDDINGTON THAN I WAS TODAY. During Lindsay Clancy’s November 2 court hearing, Judge Sullivan asked the attorneys what they wanted to do moving forward. And Kevin Reddington didn’t hesitate. He said: “I am not gonna have this woman sit incarcerated for the next year or two or three. I want a trial and I want it with you and I wanted this spring.” READ THAT AGAIN. ❤️ “I AM NOT GONNA HAVE THIS WOMAN SIT INCARCERATED…” THIS IS WHAT FIGHTING FOR SOMEONE LOOKS LIKE. Not just filing motions. Not just standing at a podium. Not just arguing points of law. But looking at the judge and making it unmistakably clear that you are NOT willing to stand by while your client remains incarcerated for YEARS waiting for her day in court. And what moves me most? HE WANTS JUDGE SULLIVAN. The judge who has heard this case. The judge who understands the history, the testimony, and the legal issues. Reddington isn’t asking to start over with someone unfamiliar with everything that has happened. He wants this judge. And he wants this resolved. SOON. THIS IS THE KEVIN REDDINGTON I HAVE HOPED TO SEE. FIERCE. UNWAVERING. DETERMINED. A man who understands that behind every motion, every hearing, and every legal argument is a human being whose life is being decided. I see an attorney who is fighting with everything he has. HER ADVOCATE. HER VOICE IN THAT COURTROOM. HER SHIELD AGAINST THE POSSIBILITY OF YEARS MORE UNCERTAINTY. And today, he reminded everyone exactly why having someone willing to fight for you matters. I AM TEAM LINDSAY. ❤️ I also carry immense sadness for Cora, Dawson, and Callan, whose lives were tragically lost. Those truths can exist together. Today, my heart was moved by a defense attorney who made one thing unmistakably clear: HE DOES NOT WANT LINDSAY CLANCY WAITING YEARS FOR JUSTICE. KEVIN REDDINGTON, YOU HAVE MY RESPECT. ❤️ Did anyone else get emotional listening to him today? #LindsayClancy #KevinReddington #TeamLindsay #ClancyCase #CourtroomMoments
