My last immigrant ancestor was my great-great grandfather who moved here from England when he was 8. He lived to be 100. He was 100% American, cuz why TF wouldn't he be? I had an Irish ancestor move to the colonies as a teenager and fought in the revolution. Again, American. I wouldn't disrespect them by saying otherwise.

Also most of those things were not actually invented in Scotland. The MRI was invented and first used in the US. The first clinical machine was in Scotland but that’s not inventing the technology. The first radar was in Germany. The rest of those are mostly either not actual inventions or people born in Scotland but living/working elsewhere.
