@cheftootallmatt: This is how we clean our grill

Joshua :

It’s all fun & games til that block catches traction & your hands slide against that griddle 😭

michaelsisco30 :

I clean my Blackstone by getting it hot and using lemon juice and an onion cut in half, it takes all the crap off

Gafdaddy :

Respect. I’m in foodservice sales and I’m in kitchens all the time. Don’t see them this clean very often

ScottASanteeᵕ̈ :

Years ago, working at Jack in the Box, my favorite part of closing was cleaning the grill. So satisfying.

hollybartley32 :

What do you put on it to clean it and what "brick" is that? I have a flat top and I clean it but it never looks like this.

Brett Moser :

Is that grill cold? I wear gloves. That grease gotta burn the shit outta your hands

Kelly :

now hit it with some lemon juice. 😁 chefs kiss

Padgit8r :

When closing at McDonalds in the 80s, I’d get that damn grill completely clean, so I don’t know how anyone thinks you can’t get one clean EVERY time.

Carmen Montanez171 :

Our grill is black at the end of the night cause it’s been on for 14 hours. That grill wasn’t even really dirty.
