Finally someone is saying this. November is Thanksgiving and when it hits the first millisecond of the first day of December, then I go into my Christmas spirit and my birthday being on the 9th of December.

As a millennial, I LOVE Thanksgiving! I keep the Halloween pumpkins up, have my kids paint wood turkeys, still pumpking everything (even pancakes) and I love cooking the whole turkey dinner

It’s genuinely because Christmas takes SO MUCH WORK to make it magical. Kids do not notice this work and so we didn’t notice. Now we’re grown ups, doing all the prep, so we made it fun 😍

I put Fall/Halloween up after Labor Day. I love my decor and keep it up until Black Friday. Then Christmas goes up and will stay through the first week of January.
