I don't care how young that kid is he needs to be in Juvenile if he can pick up a gun and pull that trigger he should NOT get to go home and sleep in his bed. He needs to be put in a REAL UNCOMFORTABLE SITUATION. JUST LIKE THE POS MOM. This whole situation is so crazy. A noise complaint at 4:30 in the afternoon on HALLOWEEN like WTF.

the mom told the kid to grab the gun obviously because she was getting whooped is there no self-defense claim in this?? the child wouldn't have got the weapon if the mom hadn't said anything so I get why she's being charged I honestly hope the state has some sort of therapy for that 10 year old because this has got to be traumatizing
