@janelleferra: A little Old Hollywood glamour in a glass. 🎬🥂 The Casablanca French 75 — a classic gin and Champagne cocktail with a Moroccan-inspired orange blossom twist. 🍸 1 oz gin 🍋 ½ oz fresh lemon juice 🌸 ½ oz orange blossom simple syrup 🥂 2–3 oz Champagne Shake gin, lemon and syrup with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe, top with Champagne and garnish with a lemon twist and edible flower. For the orange blossom syrup: dissolve 1 cup sugar in 1 cup water over heat, remove from heat, stir in 1–2 tsp food-grade orange blossom water and let cool.
